Start with an image that you want to create a cartoon or hand drawn effect of – ensure that the background of the image is transparent or white for best effect.
Then use the picture effects and picture editing tools in PowerPoint as shown in the video to create the effect.
If your picture has a background
The first step is to isolate the picture from its background :
Remove picture background effect video here
Next sharpen the picture by 50% available as a picture corrections effect
Copy and paste back the image as a picture
Follow these steps 4 times so that the lines in the image stand out sharply
Add Color effect – Black and White 20%
You get a fairly detailed drawing
